Hanah is instrumental in getting GTAs set up and ready for their teaching assignments each semester. She follows through any and all problems with hardware/software for departmental personnel when needed. Takes initiative in helping faculty and staff with purchases of technology and maintains communications with whatever avenues are available for each person. She is responsible for a large inventory of highly pilferable items and has thus far improved the condition/status of all departmental equipment.
